Who We Are What We Do
Rigamax was founded in 2017 as a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm targeting properties in growing suburban markets within North Carolina and Virginia. We acquire, finance, and re-develop outdated townhome, multi-family, single-family, mixed-use, and condominium properties and provide vertically integrated on-site management as well as full-time maintenance staff for each project.
Our goal: Optimize asset value for consistent, stable, risk-adjusted returns. We do this with strategic capital improvements. Our portfolio currently includes Class B and C properties which we reimagine and upgrade with modern amenities. We feel elevating the resident experience and the communities we serve goes hand-in-hand with providing the best possible outcome for our investors.

At Rigamax, it’s a sub-mission of ours to help the military community. We currently have 69 combined veterans and active duty military personnel as investors. As former military, we know the challenges of deployment and post-deployment and our approach to assistance is two-fold. We provide this disciplined and ambitious group with investment opportunities to get financially re-established and grow their wealth. And for those veterans struggling with homelessness after giving so much to our country, we provide affordable housing through our government contract. This pay-it-forward commitment is integral to our business model and a key differentiator in the investment market.
